The cheesecake is sold frozen and the sauce is presented in a separate container so you can top your cheesecake when you’re ready to serve. Allow cheesecake to fully thaw in the fridge, and sit at room temperature for about 10-20 mins before serving. The sauce can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days, or frozen until needed, however, the quality of the sauce may change for your normal experience
