At Wilmot Orchards we have fun and take pride in our blueberries, baking and creating a memorable experience for our guests and staff. The people we hire love to interact with diverse individuals. They are positive, have the willingness to help, level-headed, and excited to work within a team. They are supportive, polite, courteous, eager to learn new skills, professional and love to create a fun environment to work in. They work indoors and outdoors, rain or shine. They’re comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

A typical blueberry season begins when AppleBerries Cafe opens on weekends starting July 7 and continues for approximately 3-4 weeks beginning at the end of July and continuing throughout August once our pick-your-own season beings. This can vary based on weather and picking conditions each year. When staff are hired, it is required that they be available to work the entire season. Weekend work is also required, as weekends are the most popular time for guests to visit.

CAFE AND RETAIL GUEST SERVICES

Cafe and Retail Customer Service staff are one of the faces of Wilmot Orchards. They are required to serve our delicious blueberry desserts and beverages that have become a tradition to many guests, while providing excellent customer service. Our cafe is a very fast-paced environment and staff will spend much of their shifts on their feet. We need someone who is personable, friendly, outgoing and willing to go the extra mile to create an exceptional guest experience. Previous serving experience is not required, just a positive attitude. Hourly wage starting at minimum wage.

Pick Your Own Guest Services

Pick Your Own Customer Service staff are one of the faces of Wilmot Orchards. They are the people who direct our guests to the best picking available for the day. Other responsibilities include walking the patch to determine the best picking areas, helping ensure our environment is guest-ready, and of course being personable, friendly, outgoing and willing to go the extra mile to create an exceptional customer experience. Hourly wage starting at minimum wage.
