Ian Parker

GENERAL MANAGER

Ian started his career at Wilmot Orchards during high school as a summer student in the Pick Your Own. Little did we know that while in his third year at the University of Guelph, he would come to have a chat with Charles about what it takes to getting into farming, and leave with a job offer. After finishing his degree at Guelph, a double major in Physics and Music, Ian started working full time at Wilmot as our General Manager. He has shadowed and learned from Charles over the last few years and now his main responsibility is to grow our crops, a job that sounds easy on paper but can be very complicated. Once Charles and Judi retire, Ian will also be part of the new ownership team.
