Courtney’s Breakfast Smoothie

This is my go to breakfast most of the year, but especially during the blueberry season. It’s healthy and provides lots of energy for a busy day.

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup almond milk, or favourite milk

1 banana

1/4 cup frozen spinach

1/4 cup frozen cauliflower

1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter (optional)

1 scoop favourite protein powder

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Feel free to add extras such as, chia seeds, spirulina or maca powder. These are some of my favourites items to add in for extra nutrients.
